BHI260AP shuttle board "Flash is not erased " error

I am trying to flash "Bosch_APP30_SHUTTLE_BHI260_aux_BMM150-flash.fw" file into BHI260AP shuttle board using the application board 3.0 and Desktop development 2.1 software, when I try Flash it, the below error comes. We have bought about 25 shuttle boards, about 10 of them have this problem. How can I solve this issue and load an image to the shuttle board?

We checked Bosch_APP30_SHUTTLE_BHI260_aux_BMM150-flash.fw can be successfully downloaded to Flash of BHI260AP shuttle board 3.0 on DD2.1.

You can check with your supplier whether your hardware is the official BHI260AP shuttle board 3.0.

We ordered the boards from Mouser electronics. I think these boards are original.
