BMA400 reset step count?

Hello! I'm wondering if it's possible to programmatically reset the step count data on the BMA400? I tried writing 0x00 to the three step count registers but it didn't work. Thanks, Andrew

Thanks for your inquiry.

If you write value of 0xb1 to command register 0x7E, the values of BMA400 step counter registers will be cleared as shown below.
