BME 688 distance detection

Good Afternoon, 

I'm currently developing a flame sensor using BME688, and would like to understand at what distance does this sensor effectively detects gases, humidity and temperature? Can a flame at around 10m cause enough variation for the sensor to detect it reliably?

Thanks for your inquiry.
Usually, this requires actual testing in the application environment, and different environments will have different detection results. As long as the external environment can have normal air circulation with BME688, the BME688 sensor itself can detect temperature, humidity, and gas.
