BME AI-studio Mobile app not working in test/demo mode

Hi,

I am using a BME development kit and an Adafruit HUZZAH32. I followed the Development Kit Flyer to set up and configure the board. I built my algorithem  using BME Ai-Studio v2.3.2, and installed the development kit software v2.1.4. I am using mobile app v2.4.16. (all are the latest versions). 

I put the .bmeconfig and .aiconfig files  on the SD card, generated by Ai-Studio. The mobile app works just fine for the record mode, but as soon as i try using the live demo mode it immediately disconnects. I have tried 2 different phone, and 2 different HUZZAH32 and Development kit boards, so I don't think its the hardware.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi JOHN1,

Do you have a configuration file(*.config, *.aiconfig) in your SD card when you are using the live demo mode?

As you can record BME688 sensor data, you can import the sensor data to BME AI-Studio and generate configuration files, then copy it to your SD card.

I do have the configuration files (*.config, *.aiconfig) on the SD card. And I used BME ai studio to generate both.

Hi JOHN1,

Ensure that there are files *.bmeconfig, *.config, *.aiconfig in your SD. And *. bmeconfig is generated by BME AI-Studio v2.3.2. Using the development kit running v2.1.4 software to record sensor data and importing it into BME AI-Studio v2.3.2, *.config, *.aiconfig were generated.
