BME680 Humidity Inaccuracy

We have just set up a BME680 sensor user following the suggested process and are measuring incorrect humidity values. We are consistantly measuring around 25% relative humidity. The gas mixture we are measuring has virtually no moisture, so the sensor should be returning very low humidity. The temperature and carbon dioxide results are accurate.

Is there anything that would cause artifically high humidity measurements? How should we correct this error?

Do you mean BME680 humidity measurement keeps constant around 25%RH even if you blow air to the sensor?
