I am using the BME688 sensor in combination with the Adafruit Huzzah ESP32 in order to detect the gas composition. I am also using the software of the BME Dev Kit and Bosch AI Studio. I tested out the technology on coffee, and got a good detection rate of 98%. But, when I did the same for peanuts (roasted, raw, hot, and cold), it only got 75% and was often being confused for just normal air. What are some ways tweak the sensor parameters or sensitivity to make them more aligned with detecting these less evident smells? Please advise on how to change the sensor parameters, or the number of sensors that are being used, so that I can optimize the detection capabilities for my application. Thank you for your help.

Hi sensorman,
Could we know the information from you:
Did you test coffee beans or coffee liquid?
Did you test peanuts with shells or crushed?
