Are there recomended temperature and duration settings for the BME688, that will largely duplicate the response of other comparable VOC sensors?
Sensor part number "1": temperature X, duration Y
Sensor part number "2": temperature A, duration B
and so on. Specifically, what settings will duplicate the response of the the Sensirion SGP30 TVOC and eCO2 readouts?
It would be really cool if I could settle on just one sensor, and simply adjust the software to copy any other sensor...

Hi gdm528,
What gas do you want to detect?

My question is not specific to a particular gas, but to other gas sensors. For example, what BME688 settings will most closely duplicate the readings from a SGP30. From what I can divine from their datasheet, the SGP30 is sensitive to reducing gases: ethanol and H2.
Note that the SGP30 is discontinued, so does one replace it with another not-quite-the-same sensor from the same company, or 'clone' it with the BME688?
