BME688 bsec output accuracy，is it normal for the accuracy to always vary between 2 and 3?

I am conducting indoor testing, and most of the time, the accuracy is 2.  it changes to 3 and remains there for a few minutes ,then changes to 2. Can the IAQ with an accuracy of 2 be used?
