BME688 no prediction new app

Hello everyone.
As I wrote earlier in other threads, with the old app I started having problems when testing the algorithms with some of my BME688 boards. They all connected via bluetooth, but only some showed results on the screen. All of them were capable of recording data to work with later in AI-Studio.

I have now downloaded the current versions of the app and AI-Studio and have also updated the firmware of my 9 BME688 boards.

As we can see in the images that I attached, when testing an algorithm, on some boards 4 sensors work, on others 1 and on others none. However, all sensors are capable of recording data.

Do you know what could cause this problem and its solution?

Could we know all the software version you used on your board and mobile?

I am working with the current software versions on all my boards:

- BME AI-Studio v2.0.0 (Windows)
- BME688 Development Kit Software v2.0.9
- BME AI-Studio Mobile App v2.3.3

Did you choose BSEC 2.4.0.0 when you export config file from BME AI-Studio?

Hello BTS Robin. Yes, all boards are up to date and work with this configuration, but some show the problem and others don't.
