BME688 not working

Dear BOSCH Team,

I have several BME688 sensors that are all connected using the same pin configuration and code. However, I am encountering an issue where some of the BME688s are not providing any data and no error message is being displayed. What steps can I take to troubleshoot this issue?

Firstly you should ensure your hardware is normal. Official BME68X hardware is this https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/media/boschsensortec/downloads/shuttle_board_flyer/application_board...
