BNO055 pinout dimension

I have a question about the BNO055. Can anybody tell me the dimension marked in the picture. I can't find any information about it in the datasheet. Is it identical to 0.1mm of the horizontal solder pads? Is it the same on both sides?

Hello simon1,

You could see dimension marked at the lower left quarter,  28X(0.100) means all 28 pads are 0.1 mm from the edge.
