Hi is BSEC(using bme680) suitable for following applications (measuring iaq and s-iaq)?

• Indoor:
  • Office/room public and private facilities
• Outdoor:
  • steady position: parks/Gardens/etc..
  • mobile position: bus/taxI/etc..

Moreover which si the principal difference between iaq and s-iaq?

Hi longo92,

BME680 is suitable for these applications (measuring iaq and s-iaq).

When the air quality index is in the range of 0 to 500, there is no difference between IAQ and sIAQ. When the air quality index exceeds 500, the IAQ is full range, and the sIAQ can indicate a value higher than 500.
