Can Bosch provide the BME688 mobile APP API?

We know that Bosch provided BME688 Sensor API. But this API is very much at sensor hardware level. So we developers cannot develop quick applications easiy. But the BME688 android APP itself can be very useful for applications. Is Bosch able to provide the mobile APP API?
