We have been using BME680 sensor module in our product to measure the TVOC. Since heading to production stage, trying to use the gas resitance value to confirm the sensor condition after assembled. Because we have noticed that Raw gas resiatance value will change soon once power ON. and No need to wait for the library results at IAQ or accuarcy.
Tested around 10pcs. Found that, one of the sensor Gas Resistance value doesn't change at all at sshows 177. But i can able to see the changes in IAQ and Accuarcy from 1 to 3.
May i know the reason.
Please advice us to handle the production stage. Is it correct way to use the gas resistance reding to confirm the sensros component status upon assembly?
Otherwise, Do you have any recomendation to check the senros component working status upon assembly? we dont want to wait for minutes at production test, trying to make sure soon.
