Detection of gas in air

Hi. I want to use the BME688 to detect the presence of Botrytis. I could train it using Botrytis in an enclosed space, but how can I get  it to idetify that it is in the open air? 

Will the AI training allow me to identify its present even at low levels?

We haven't do the test to detect Botrytis. For your question, you can record data at low level presence, train it, and see if it can be detected in low level environment. If no, there is a high possibility that you will not be able to detect it.
