Gyro Zero rate offset

I am considering use of a gyro from Bosch. However, I find that the datasheets are not very detailed.

I would only need Z-axis gyro, but I would need rather good stability. I can do calibration of each unit. I assume that typical values in data sheets (most are 3 degrees/sec, some 0.5) are typical uncalibrated values. Use would be only room temperature.

What is typical/max long-term stability  for the different gyro sensors after calibration?

Can you tell me your specific requirements for gyroscope parameters? Which aspect of the data in the data sheet is not detailed enough?
