I2C communication abnormal at BNO055, ACK not received

When debugging BNO055 on the RK3588S platform, the I2C communication was abnormal and no ACK was received. We tried to use hardware I2C on the software and use GPIO to simulate I2C to handle (including the clock streching mentioned in the BON055 specification). The phenomenon is the same, it is always an ACK exception.

The 1.8V / 3.3V power supply measurement is normal. After power-on, the reset signal has been measured and lowered for a short period of time. Attached are the drawings and schematic diagrams of the logic analyzer

Hi guorongwang,

For pin 5(PS1), pin 6(PS0), you can connect them to GND as you used I2C communication interface.
You can strictly refer BNO055 schematic in data sheet:
