Hello Bosch team,
we're using the BME 680 for a flush-mounted room sensor (see: https://sorel.de/en/controller/caleonbox-controller/c-lite-thermostat/).
A beta user reported that within about 10 minutes, the IAQ sensor went from "green" (<50) to over 450 without any evident cause. No cooking, no shower, no close-by objects etc. The sensor was installed on Friday (3 days ago) in a hallway of a house with central heat-recovery ventilation. Before this incident, the user did not notice any IAQ values above 100 in this room. Another sensor in the same house did not show such anomalies.
Is this a known problem, could it be due to wrong or missing calibration, or do you have any other hint what would cause this misbehaviour?

Hi BerndW,
What is example code you used?
Default example code will output timestamp, accuracy, IAQ, etc. I think you could record the output data as log data, we can check it again.

Hi BSTRobin,
Yes we are using the default example code but the issue occurs only sometimes. So I do not know when I can deliver the log.

Hi BerndW,
Could you try to reproduce it?

Yes I will try to reproduce it.

Hi BerndW,
Rember to record log data when you reproduce it.
