What is the best motion sensor / IMU

I am looking for the best motion sensor (IMU) that can interpret the slightest movement. I'm trying to make a smart pen so that every movement of the pen can be interpreted very precisely.

The slightest movement tracking depends on the IMU noise level and output data rate. Our best IMU is BHI360 with 9DoF sensor fusion algorithm embedded. If you connect BMM350 magnetometer to BHI360, then you will have precise heading/pitch/roll Euler angles directly from BHI360 if you can tolerate the power consumption.
