Hi, I am planning to build a proof of concept to measure vibrations on human body when they are driving or exercises. What sensor is best suited for measuring tiny movements of muscles/bones on the human body, so, precision is important for isometric activities, form factor and low-power usage? any of Bosch Sensortec MEMS sensors suitable for this purpose?
