I already read the datasheet, but I cannot find anywhere what is the maximum pressure that can be applied to the BMP581 without damage? I don't need to measure the pressure, just avoid damaging the sensor. Is there a difference between the maximum pressure that can be applied when the sensor is powered and when it is de-powered?
