Hello, as other members asked for different sensors before I need the thermal parameters for the BMA400 and its LGA12 package. What I miss in the datasheet is the Junction to case: θ JC = ?? °C/W Junction to ambient: θ JA = ?? °C/W values of the package that are normally available for electronic components. I need these values to calculate the maximum temperature of the component in case of internal failure depending on the power our circuit can provide. Thank you very much for your help!
