The driver uses bme680_dev::amb_temp and BSEC BSEC_INPUT_HEATSOURCE. Do both have to be set for corrent compensation? Example: amb_temp = 22C and BSEC_INPUT_HEATSOURCE 5C because the PCB is 5C warmer

Maybe my was explanation was not good enough. Of course, the rgas register value does not change itself over time. But the measured value does change depending on the interval between measurements. It gives different results depending on the interval. In our application we want to monitor evaporation processes therefore we measure as fast as possible. Unfortunally this gives results which we cannot compare with others. However, the absolute value is not so important to us.

Is it correct that the measured gas resistance depends on the interval between measurements? And if so, is there a formula to compensate this? example: 320C+150ms@250ms = 113k 320C+150ms@1000ms = 62k 320C+150ms@4000ms = 25k 320C+150ms@10000ms = 13k

Thank you, that makes sense. If the gas resistance values are also ok then everything is fine. I was worried that we might have broken the sensors during soldering. Our application is not about air quality.

Humidity is about 51%. I attached the self test results. Test was made about 30 minutes after system was running. Also, I wonder why we get gas resistance up to 6MOhm. According to the documentation I would expect much less. We have two prototypes which show the same results. Communication is SPI @4MHz.
