We are using the component "BMI 160" which is a 6 axis IMU sensor in our designs, and we have already developed code based on that sensor. We are unable to order them because of large factory lead times. We wanted to know when will the product be available for regular purchases, because we will be needing atleast 3k of the sensors in near future. Please let us know the end of life of the product too.

Hi, We are using the BMI160 IMU sensor for our activity detection project. I wanted to upload the IMU readings (Accelerometer + Gyro) to our server, and wanted to identify the activity based on the IMU readings. I wanted to know if I can get a dataset corresponding to a specific activity so that I can use that to integrate it with the server.

Hi Team, We are using the BMI160 for IMU application in our device but discovered its ability to sense the temperature. I am curious to know if there are any validation documents for detecting the human skin temperature. What approach do we follow for validation? Do we need to follow a similar approach as shown in the video below by TI: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jztb9D6trqw Or can we place the BMI160 directly on the skin for longer durations?
