HI I'm looking for a sensor for automotive use, and came across the BMI260 where there is stated in the flyer "BMI260 features Bosch’s automotive-proven gyroscope technology". Is this the only sensor that Bosch produces that can be used for automotive?

Hi, yes it is automotive grade i was looking for. It is for a device mounted on a tracktor so intensive vibrations was a concern. We have been using the BMX160  for initial tests but really only need gyro and accelerometer.

BMI160 is consumer grade sensor.

What is the difference besides the extended temperature and some other features? is the automitive one more mechanicle stabil inside or is it the same?
