Hello,
we would like to integrate more than 2 BHI160B in one I2C bus. Is this possible by uploading a special firmware on the BHI160b which is transferred a different i2c address?
So e.g. we start Sensor1 access via default address, then we overwrite the firmware and gives it a new i2c address. Or is there a register where the address can be set? Then we go to sensor 2 and start it and repeat the process.
Or do you have other ideas to realize this?
Best regards

Hi MELucas,
You could config SA_GPIO7 as high or low to set different I2C slave device address. Host access different BHI160B and download firmware via different I2C slave address.

Hello BSTRobin,
so is it possible to set another I2C address than the two standard addresses via a special firmware upload?
Best Regards

Hi MELucas,
At present, this is determined by hardware and cannot be modified by software.
