BHI260AP Default Orientation Sensor Euler Values

Hello,

I get euler angle values from BHI260AP with BMM150 with default sensor fusion algorithm. But somehow, gimbal lock effect doesn't appear on euler angles which made me really confused. Can you explain how they managed to do it ?

BHI260AP supported to output 9doF Euler angles. Do you mean you would like to know how the algorithm can avoid the occurrence of gimbal locks?

Yes, I mean that. I also do sensor fusion with my user defined code but I cannot avoid gimbal lock while default (BSX Sensor Fusion Library) code can avoid gimbal lock. I've been searching lately but couldn't find anything about it.

BHI260AP has built-in BSX sensor fusion algorithm, but its implementation details have not been disclosed.
