BME280 Humidity Calibration

Hi, 

I have a question regarding BME280 Humidity Calibration results. 

We are using BME280 Sensor in our product and we are getting wrong humidity value from BME280. So i would like to know how i can get the correct measurement and how i can calibrate that value ? 

Some time we are getting humidity value as 120. Which is not correct.

Could we know the following information from you:
1.How do you test your BME280? Normlly, the strict test is: put the BME280 in the test equipment, adjust the humidity change, read the humidity value of the BME280, and compare it with the humidity value of the test equipment.
2.Did you use BM280 sensor API? The BME280 sensor API includes compensation for humidity.
3.Did you record BME280 sensor data for ayalysis?

Ans : We have not tested it as the sensor is already calibrated and tested by the Bosch so we are relying on Bosch. We have interfaced with SiliconLabs MCU (EFM32JG1B200F256GM48-C0). And getting the data through I2C. 
2.Did you use BM280 sensor API? The BME280 sensor API includes compensation for humidity.

Ans : Yes 
3.Did you record BME280 sensor data for ayalysis?

Ans : No we did not record the data but we have observed sometime the value reaches to 120.Which seems like wrong. 

So i need to know have you encounter any issue previously where you can experience this high value and how you guys have solve that issue ? 

We have also check with our Assembly house and found that they are following recomended points mentioned in this datasheet ( https://www.mouser.sk/datasheet/2/783/BST-BME280-DS002-1509607.pdf ) which are 7.8 and 7.9. But they are not following or have control on point 7.11. Does this affect the sensor's accuracy ?

Other customers have not encountered such high humidity.
The recommendations in the data sheet must be followed, otherwise it will affect sensor performance.
