BME680 Mounting in smart watch

My question is, there was some sensor on the BE680 on the top side i have to  make some mechanacial ...

Is it possible to measure the body temparature also??

does this sensor  can meet the  IP68 standreds or not? if not do you have the alternative, which can meet the standerds
