BME680 Power Supply

Hi everybody,

I'm using a Bosch BME680 for application and I have a question concerning power supply:

Is it possible to power VDD and VDDIO to 1.8V from one power source, and having the SPI pin coming from the MCU at 1.2V?

Hi sguigue,

You could see it from SPI section in data sheet, minimum voltage level should be 80%VDDIO=0.8*1.8=1.44V, but you MCU supplied with 1.2V. This does not meet the specification requirements.

So if I can put the VDD to 1.8V and VDDIO to 1.2V, then i should meet the specifications and have a correct SPI communication. Do you agree with that?
