BME688 Data import error

When I use the BME688 dev kit and measure data over an extended period of time I sometimes get an error when trying to import it into BME AI-Studio. 

The error message is: "Data import failed. Raw data could not be imported the data appears to be in an invalid format."

I can't find any errors in the file itself. What is wrong with this file?

Did you install BME688_Development Kit Software_v2.0.6 on your BME688 dev kit?

Yes I have. I have four boards and stricktly followed the setup on each board. This seems to happen at random at a random board. Any idea how I find where in the file the error occurs, so that I can edit it out?
