Using the BSEC2 library and the 'basic' example, I'm noticing that when reading values of
BSEC_OUTPUT_STATIC_IAQ and BSEC_OUTPUT_CO2_EQUIVALENT
that the value of co2 equivalent seems to be 10 times time the value of static IAQ
Is this an expected result?

No, CO2 and static IAQ are not directly correlated it.

It must be a co-incidence. Observation is that for higher values, there is the impression of a relationship.

Of course, CO2 and IAQ are related. However, since we are IAQ tracking baseline, IAQ and CO2 values can vary.
It's certainly related, but you can't always measure like IAQ * 10 = CO2 value something like that.
