BME688 connects to the app, but does not work

Hello.
I have been working with 8 BME688 kits for 4 months. For 2 days, 6 of these kits have not shown any data in the mobile application.
The 8 kits connect via bluetooth to the app, but those 6 remain blank. They also don't show any kind of error messages like when the SD card doesn't have the settings.

Otherwise, all 8 kits can log data normally.

What are BME688 dev kit software, app versions and config file you used?

Hi Robin, thanks for your response. I use BME-Studio 1.5.5, app version 1.1.3. BME688 boards currently work with an HP-354 configuration and RDC 1-0. To use the app, I add the ".config" file generated by the algorithm to the SD cards.

Hi robin. I have tried to use configurations and algorithms that worked for me in the past and I do not get a results in the app either.

This situation is problematic for me, so I am attaching two images of the two situations that I have explained.

It can be seen that in the image called "Working", the application shows the measured data and the label of the sample.
The image called "Problem" corresponds to the BME688 boards that connect to the app via bluetooth, but do not show any results on the screen.
