Hello.
I have been working with 8 BME688 kits for 4 months. For 2 days, 6 of these kits have not shown any data in the mobile application.
The 8 kits connect via bluetooth to the app, but those 6 remain blank. They also don't show any kind of error messages like when the SD card doesn't have the settings.
Otherwise, all 8 kits can log data normally.

Sorry for the delay reply.
Suggest you use latest software https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/software-tools/software/bme688-software and run it again.

After updating all the software, the problem continued as before. I started a new thread the last week to gather all the new information:

You can open COM port on PC side, and see if there is some error print information.
