BME688 detect different smells without BME AI-Studio Software 2

I have some questions:

1. I tried to scan with my BME688 Gas Sensor Developer Kit with an .bmeconfig and BSEC file I got from the BME AI-Studio Software (picture of the sd-contents attached to the post) but it is ignoring the BSEC file and just records data normally with the .config. 

2..I don´t have an Arduino Board, do I need one?

3.I don´t understand coding, so is it possible if you could tell me how I'll get my BME688 Gas Sensor Developer Kit to differentiate between smells without having to write too much code because as I said I didn't understand the example code.

4.Also how will i read out the results afterwards?
