BME688 development kit first power up for 24 hours

Hello, I am a new user. I just bought the BME688 development kit from the official buyzero.de, it comes with the SD card. 

For the recommended 24 hour power up, do I keep the SD card inserted ?

• I found that with SD card inserted, the RED LED is blinking slowly (around 1 blink per sec), is it recording something?
• I found the with SD card removed, the RED LED is blinking very fast.

What is the be the correct way for the first 24 hours power up recommendation ?

When you first use the BME688 dev kit board, you can refer to document https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/media/boschsensortec/downloads/product_flyer/bst-bme688-fl001.pdf to upgrade the software on the board to the latest version.
Yes, you need to keep the SD card inserted after you power on BME688 dev kit.

When the LED flashes rapidly, it indicates that it is not working properly. When the LED flashes normally, it indicates that it is recording sensor data.
