1. How can we make sure the measured data by BME688 is correct? Is there any standard testing equipment or testing institution to verify?
2. Can BME688 detect Radon?
Thanks,

Hi czz,
BME688 integrated gas, high-linearity and high-accuracy pressure, humidity and temperature sensors, which sensor do you want to test?
The gas sensor can detect Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs) and other gases such as carbon monoxide and hydrogen in the part per billion (ppb) range.

For example, I used BME688 to measure the concentration of CO2 and CO in the current house price. How can I confirm the accuracy of the measured data.

Hi czz,
BSEC algorithm output CO2 equivalent estimate [ppm].
For CO, BME68x is a metal-oxide based chemical sensor. The sensor output is created by interaction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) with the sensitive layer of BME680. Unlike a physical sensor (e.g. pressure sensor like BMP), chemical sensors are thus influenced by a plethora of parameters and their response is very complex. On the one hand, this implies that quantification of VOCs is not possible in a random VOC mixture like the one the sensor faces in a real world environment.
You can use BME AI Studio to train the gas, generate the configuration file, and then run the BSEC algorithm to identify the gas type.
