BMP Pressure sensors - freefall OSR/IIF settings

Hi, if I were to read altitude of a free fall (speed around 60m/s) object by reading the pressure from a BMP sensor, what would be the best settings for OSRs and IIR?

You can refer to the sensor settings recommended in the BMP390 data sheet "3.5 Filter selection" for different use case.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I had previously checked Filter Selection table before. But my use case insn't there. It is not drone or drop detection. I'm referring to a object falling in high speed (e.g. 250km/h). The sensor would perform pressure readings at every second or so. One example is automatic parachute deployment of a rocket stage.

In summary, I would like to know what is the best sensor configuration for a high pressure variation environment.
