BNO055 life span

Hi,

I'm looking for the life span of BNO055. I saw there was a HTOL or THB test to show it could pass over 1000 hours, but I would like to know the detailed test information. Could you provide the test report? Because I need to convert the life span under stress condition to our operation condition.

Do you design a project? BNO055 was discontinued, not recommended to use it in new design.
