BSEC Configurations - Operating Age

I can not seem to find a clear explanation of the 4d vs 28days in the configuration files. 

Can someone explain to me the difference this makes to the sensor library?

Hello ,

1. Supply voltage of the BME680. The suply voltage influences the self-heating of the sensor.
1.8V
3.3V
2. The maximum allowed time between two bsec_sensor_control calls.
3S support the ULP plus feature for the ULP mode
300S allows the system to sleep for 300s for the ULP mode in order minimize the power consumption of the system, but does not support the ULP plus feature.
3. The history BSEC considers for the automatic background calibration of the IAQ in days. That means changes in this time period will influence the IAQ value.
4days, means BSEC will consider the last 4 days of operation for the automatic background calibration.
28days, means BSEC will consider the last 28 days of operation for the automatic background calibration.
