I have an Application Board 3.0 which I am trying to use with the BMM350 shuttle board using the Development Desktop Software.
When trying to connect with the Application Board, I was unable to do so. On one occasion I was able to flash the requisite firmware to Flash memory (as described in the datasheet), but after this I was unable to reach the board on any COM port, though on exactly one port it would show en error message if I disconnected the board while trying to connect.
To try and troubleshoot this, I uninstalled the Development Desktop Software. However, I was unable to reinstall it, receiving the following message:
Clicking 'yes' then displayed the following:
This remained true after restarting my computer. Clicking 'no' simply closed the installer.
I would love some guidance on how I can purge the previous download and reinstall the software!

Thank for your inquiry.
We used a standard Windows system and did not find this issue. You can try uninstalling it with an administrator account or using third-party tools to force uninstallation.
