The IMU sensor is working on two input voltage supply 1.Vdd - Core supply 2.Vddio - digital I/O supply.My questions are in below.
1.Is it better to supply the Vdd and Vddio seperately from two voltage regulators?
2.Is it better to supply the Vdd and Vddio from single voltage regulator?
3.Which method 1 or 2 is best, to increase the accuracy of IMU sensor?
4.What are power supply specifications(Ex: Output voltage accuracy and PSRR-power supply rejection ratio etc)?

From the section 4.3,you mean to say that,there is no difference of sensor peroformance,if we give single supply from single voltage regulator to Vdd and Vddio or dual supply from two voltage regulators to supply Vdd and Vddio independently.Is this right?
Please provide the max ripple voltage(rms value)or PSRR of Input supply voltage that can be given to BMI088 and BMI270 for accurate performance of the sensor.

Yes.
Usually, the maximum ripple voltage needs to be less than 100mV. The smaller the ripple voltage, the better.
