When using the BME AI Studio Mobile App to run a live test after collecting data, I got the following error: There was a problem running BSEC on the board (3).
Note: I have three boards and all seem to produce the same error!

Thank for your inquiry.
Ensure that the version of BME688 dev kit and BME AI-Studio Mobile App you are using matches correctly.
For example, you can upgrade to the latest BME688 dev kit firmware v2.1.5 using BME AI-Studio Mobile App v2.4.19.
See the dependence in Release Notes_DevKitFW_v2.1.5_Website_Release_29072024.pdf under devkitfw_v2-1-5_website_release package.
Could you check it firstly and give further feedback? Thanks.

I downloaded the versions mentioned from: https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/software-tools/software/bme688-software/
As I am new to using the BME688 can I confirm this was the correct process
Is there anything missing in the process chain?
Also, I can't seem to find the BME AI Studio or BSEC version you mentioned in your reply. Could you signpost me?
