USB driver installation problem

Hello,
I am testing the application board (without Bluetooth) with a BMI270 transport board.

When the Development Desktop software starts, a message appears that the "development board was not found via USB". I am using Windows 10.
The manual indicates that there should be a folder with the USB driver, but it does not exist in the downloaded Zip file.

Where can I find the USB driver?

Hi,

You are using very old version of DD2.0 SW (year 2012). Please follow the document to get the latest version and try again.

The problem is that on my PC doesn't appear this screen with "DD 2.0 UI3.20 >"

You can see attached what I can see on my screen. Surely, it's another web page

Now the latest DD2.0 version is 3.24, not 3.20. Please click the link https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/media/boschsensortec/downloads/development_desktop_software/v3_24/de... to download it and then install it on your PC to try.
