1. Before powering off, the BSEC status can be saved, and the BSEC status can be loaded after the next startup.

1.Yes.
2.RTC can provide a time T of ms level. Multiplying T by 1000 can provide timestamps at the microsecond level, and multiplying T by 1000000 can provide timestamps at the nanosecond level. This method of providing timestamps allows BSEC to function properly.
3.We haven't do this test, you can test it on your side.
