setting/getting GPS location

The document in the attachment describes how you can set or go to GPS location with the camera in the subsections 2.1 and 2.2.
Currently it is not clear for me how the payload and url needs to be formed for a correct request to the camera.
Is it possible to provide a complete example of getting GPS location and setting a GPS location?

The PTZ camera for GPS assisted tracking is not the product of Bosch Sensortec(https://www.bosch-sensortec.com/products), we don't know detailed information about it. You can contact with your supplier and get more information.
