Is it possible to connect ardiuno board t dd2

I want to know if it is possible to connect ardiuno board to dd2 client so that we can see the data. I tried but it show no response from the board.

No, application board 2.0 or application board 3.0 run specialized software to support DD2.0, while Arduino board does not have this specialized software.
