USB driver installation problem

Hello,
I am testing the application board (without Bluetooth) with a BMI270 transport board.

When the Development Desktop software starts, a message appears that the "development board was not found via USB". I am using Windows 10.
The manual indicates that there should be a folder with the USB driver, but it does not exist in the downloaded Zip file.

Where can I find the USB driver?

Microsoft Defender blocks the download.

I've changed the computer and it's working with the last version.
